    New and struggling

    Hi everyone
First time on a forum think this is where I introduce myself! My name is Catherine and I have suffered from anxiety for as long as I can remember. I wish with all my heart that I could live the rest of my life feeling normal! I finally sought help 5 years ago and have recently been diagnosed with GAD. I am on pregabalin 225mg twice daily and occasional diazepam. The past few days have been a real struggle with panic attacks which has caused me to be off work again. I am glad I have stumbled upon this forum
