    yoga

    Hi all,

    Just wanted to post the benefits i feel from yoga. Just started a class having tried one or two before, i was a bit sceptical as i like excercise that makes me sweat but its a good class, a good instructor, lots of relaxation with some breathing techniques and stretching the body slowly.

    I do feel good the next day.

    Thought i would recommend it to anyone thinking of trying it

    Pilates and yoga are excellent for anxiety!!

    Thanks for sharing you're thoughts, I've been thinking of trying Yoga and have heard of the benefits it can bring...
