chat room problems

Hi there

I cant seem to get into the chatroom at the moment and wondered if you had any advice?

When I try I get the following message

Could not load config file:
http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/chat/co...hatClient.conf

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Java latest version 7 11 but still no joy.

Any ideas?

hmmm never seen that one before.

does it happen if you use another browser?

Nic is lots more technical NMPwise than me so she may have a solution for you when she comes online.

finally cracked this after a few hours of trying and numerous unistalls and reinstalls.

I upgraded to Windows 8 a few weeks ago and have been in chat so knew it wasnt that but I just upgraded my java to version 7 and I think this is the problem. Ive now gone back to Java version 6 with version 7 plug ins and it works! Works on Chrome/IE and Firefox.
