Well done in your efforts everyone.
I would just like to say that when I quit smoking I don't think I could have done it without exercise. I took up jogging at the same time as trying to quit smoking and when the cravings felt unbearable a jog would help tremendously and provide an alternative 'release'. I have read about people quitting smoking tending to swap one habit for another, I think that was what I was doing, only jogging was a lot better of a habit to have. It wont appeal to everyone but it can help.
