floating/drifting

Im having a lye down before i go to work & i feel like im floating or drifting & it,s making me pretty scared. Someone help please

have you done/taken anything this morning that could've caused this, or do you think it's anxiety?

well i,ve had it before. I think it is anxiety because other people have had it who suffer anxiety & it,s also writen down on the anxiety centre
