How long do your palpitations last for?

When having a bad bout of palps how long can they last for and do you find anything in particular helps get rid of them/ relieve them

when i have best way to stop a palp is by popping ur ears by holding ur nose and blowing

coughing hard helps ease one

rubbing the side of ur neck cant remember the name for this one but doing this helps slow ur hr down

palps can last minutes to hours
