Public toilet seat! help!

Hey guys
As usual im panicking.
Today I went to the toilet in costa coffee, i was busting so sat straight down. Usually iwould squat but didnt this time.
When I got up to flush I realised there was some poo around the rim and a little on the
seat.
I am now panicking I have caught something i.e. Norovirus etc. Or worse.
Can you usually only catch this way if there is a cut on your bum or leg?
I actually feel sick thinking about it :-(

I honestly don't think you could even catch it if you did have a cut... You're definitely safe

virus's from loo/loo handles etc are contracted via your hands & mouth, so as long as you washed your hands (which i'm sure you did lol) or used one of those anti-bac gels, you'll be fine.

i've done similar... once had to use a motorway loo where the light bulb was out in the cubicle.. only when i opened the door to come out did i glance back & see :( :( yuk. it makes me wonder if these people leave their own toilets at home in the same condition.. bet they don't!
