Worried that I have bladder cancer...

So anyway I've posted on here but need to post again!
I don't have blood in my urine nor do I have an UTI but I can't empty my bladder properly - it's been going on for a month.
I can't for the life of me figure out if it's anxiety or not.
I go and then feel as though I need to go again and I generally can.
I find that my whole day is taken up by obsessive compulsive thoughts about whether or not I need to pee and of course once you think about that thats all you need to do is pee.
I am breast feeding so can't take medication right now, but does this sound like it could possibly be bladder cancer?
The Dr seems to think I've weakened my bladder from holding on to long which is great but it's been a month now and I still have this horrible feeling that i can't empty.
I really dislike having anxiety it's getting worse as i get older - I"m 36 now and just want it to go away.

you see a can bladder doctor, I don't know the name but they are doctors you can see who will do all the tests to make sure nothing is wrong, they even do things like bladder retaining and offer lots of advice too if you having any problems.
