Quick question

Anyone ever felt their or just heard of the xiphoid process? It's like a long bone that goes down the middle of your chest and some peoples are more protruding then others.

I think I found mine a few days ago, infact my boyfriend is 100% that's what it is and even me in my anxious state am 95% sure that's what it is.

Has anyone else felt there XP or atleast heard of it? Wondered if you'd been anxious over it at all?

I can kinda feel mine. I had to look up the xp. Its quite interesting. I never knew that we had that. Never been worried about it.
