Achy neck and shoulders

Hiya recently my neck and shoulders have been v sore and achy is this an anxiety symptom?

oh and my stomach feels tight too,feels like i cant breath properly grrrr..

I also get neck/shoulder pains... also get pains in both armpits, sometimes the right, sometimes the left, sometimes both! Sometimes don't know how much of it is anxiety or what?

I ache all over, it is because we tense our muscles when we are anxious.

Same here. Does your chest ache too. My shoulders ache
Where your bra straps would be, over your shoulders and down
Towards the chest.
Why on earth does this make me feel so anxious??

Thanks for the replys ! It's hard to know if its a real thing or anxiety or what sometimes , my throat is tight aswel really the whole top half of me feels like ive been in a fight or something !yeh my chest does aswel really sore there yesterday ,and my back is so tight when I breathe it hurts been moaning the other half so he's booking me a massage for my valentines present hope that helps lol xx

Lucky you! Hope the massage helps. I've got this at the moment, the aching is all in my shoulders, arms, neck and top of my back. This has also made my anxiety go sky high. Anxiety is a pain in the backside!
