I woke up with hideous nausea and boy do I mean hideous! I woke up in the middle of the night wanting to just...puke. And boy, did I puke. I had the chills and I can't tell if the nausea is just acid reflux or its just regular nausea. Ugh, help meeee! I want off the roller coaster ride!

Um, well if you are throwing up you most likely have a tummy bug or food poisoning. Anxiety rarely makes you sick. If you had the chills it sounds a lot like food poisoning.

Nausea and even vomiting can be an initial side effect of SSRI/SNRIs during the start-up phase, it usually passes.

Or, as Pancho says, it could be a tummy bug..
