hello rabbit, I have been suffering from an anxiety disorder off and on for the past 30 years so I understand what you are going through really. I tried CBT for a short time too but I didn't find it very helpful and I now see a psychiatrist every couple of months plus I am taking respiridone and sertraline

    Hi and welcome

Panic attacks can be overcome with learnt techniques, either with or without medications... you will get there! There's a really good information page on them on the list on the left of this page.

I hope you get your psychotherapy appointment soon, and get on the road to getting your life back on track.
