33 year old father and husband...suffered my first panic attack 2 months ago and have been trying to figure out what's going on with me since that awesome ER trip. Have been to a couple of GP and neurologist in the last month. No meds currently...just all around trying to figure out what my brains doing to me and maybe just have someone listen and not feel so alone...will post something in GAD later on as I've been told that's what i have going on now.
