    dosage increase

I'm currently on 10mg three times a day and not really helping. My wife has 40mg tablets and I'm wondering if i should take one to see if i feel better.

However my anxious mind is saying no because my doctor hasn't agreed it.

What do you guys think? Getting time off work for an appointment is a problem as work is so busy just now.

I'd go and see the doctor about it if you think it will help you, my dosage has just been increased from 10 to 80mg yesterday too.

    Re: dosage increase

My GP prescribed me 40mg and said it's the standard dose for anxiety, taken up to 3 times per day. If you're worried, you could cut a pill in half and try 20mg and see if that is any better. But keep in mind it's only for the physical symptoms of panic, not the mental aspect.
