Diarrea pain wind bloating after eating but not in evening

Hi all,

I have just developed diarrea, pain wind and bloating after every meal except when I have my evening meal which causes no problem. Anyone else notice this?

Any advice reassurance and help would be appreciated

Basically I am scared to eat all day, just have sips of water until I get home from work

It sounds very much like IBS.
