Is taking Diazapam cheating?

Hi all

I really have a thing about becoming dependant on Benzo's. I took 0.5mg (half a tablet) about 4.30pm yesterday and felt really good afterwards but I keep thinking it's the Sertraline that needs to work for me not Lorazepam.
I have to say I'm not really panicky today, have had my Sertraline and no Lorazepam and I feel sort of okish. I do think I am an addictive person and if I thought there was no problem with Benzo dependancy, I would definitely take more.
I do sometimes wander if I were to take 1 every day, in 4 little bits - so just 1mg, would that make me dependant? I trawl the Benzo websites looking for answers to this

I've just started prozac and really wanted to do it without help but day 1 I resorted to lorazepam only 0.5mg. Sorta feel guilty like I've failed but prozac isn't working yet and I'm basically trying to survive until it does as I waited until my anxiety was really bad before giving up reliance on cbt etc. Although I worry I really don't think these drugs will harm us if taken at very low doses for a very short time. I also think I feel too much guilt about too many things to add annoying else to the list!
