side effects with kalms

hi all sorry to bother you

has anyone else thought they had a reaction to kalms like out of your own body sort of thing i cant remeber what its call dis something or another i got some kalms the other day because i wanted to try nautral remidies took some in the day but i was ill anyway and lack of sleep had been up over 24 hours and suffering panic attacks and then i took some kailms sleep and im sure they kept me awake with feeling funny
im tempted to try them again but im not sure i took 2 of the normal ones at 1pm and 3 of the sleep ones at 9 pm so it wasnt like i od both times
any help would be appreciated

the only medication I'm taking is amlodipine 10 mg for blood pressure

Hi Frosty,

I started taking Kalms recently and think I know what you mean. Sometimes they make me feel a bit drowsy or sort of out of it (but nowhere near as much as the prescription only medication did!). They do say to take with food and I don't eat very regularly so this may have something to do with it?

If you're worried about it interacting with your other medication you could always check with a pharmacist. If you want to try them again, maybe just try the day or night ones rather than both on the same day to start with. Also, if you been anxious or stressed for a while, you might just not be used to your body feeling more relaxed.
