Weird feeling under left boob, feels like a heart attack!

Had this for days now feels like a big bubble under my left boob, kinda like a tightening. I've tried burping it up but it doesn't make a difference.

Scared its my heart tightening!

I have exactly the same issue, and it's always the left side for me too, never the right!

I've seen my GP about it a few times and he always puts it down to one of three things: costochondritis, reflux or gas.

Ultimately, I'm just trying to keep telling myself that it's happened a lot before and I'm still here, so it's unlikely to be my heart x
