I overate last night and until now my stomach feels very full

I think I overate last night. Aside from that, I think I ate something bad. :(

I came out of the eatery very full and I stayed until 1am with the hope that the fullness would subside. I fell asleep with a relatively full stomach.

I woke up at around 6am with some mild stomach cramps. I started expelling gas (burping) non-stop since then. It somehow relieved me. 5 hours later, my tummy feels better but the fullness and bloated feeling is still here.

I tried going to the loo and my poo seemed normal.

Why is this happening to me. :(
