Long time lurker, first time poster.

Hey, I'm Jason, I'm 19, and I've suffered with anxiety and depression issues for as long as I can remember.

I've never understood why I feel the way I do it just happens and throughout many different therapies I've found it extremely had to shake.

I feel that meeting others in a similar position to me will help me realise that I'm not as weird and messed up as I think I am.

So that's, that.

Hopefully some of you will understand what I'm trying to say Haha.
