I'm introducing the juice fasting for a week once my body has adjusted to a raw food diet and when I have no plans to go out or nothing stressful or demanding to deal with as it is a shock to the system and needs to be managed with care.
I've looked at the alternate day and 5:2 fasting and both of these methods have great benefits
