panicking today!!!

Today I am taking my nan cinema and it is making me panic quite alot. I havent done anything for ages and my social anxiety causes me to dread being around anyone. Im getting worked up that im guna go all red and blotchy and then anxiety takes ova and I get all worked up. Its ridiculous that something as simple as going cinema can cause so much anxiety. also i havent seen my nan for a couple of months so that prob dont help. sorry for the ramble just fort if i wrote it maybe it will calm me down.

Try to imagine yourself at the cinema with your nan both having a good time. I have tried this imagery technique and it has helped. Also what if you did panic in the cinema, what is the worst that could happen? It won't harm you and you could always pop out for some fresh air. Have a good time
