awful night

started on saturday pains everywhere but yesterday i wass fine. went to bed all ok and i woke at 3am. couldnt feel my heart beating at alll which made me panic more. eventually fell asleep after 3 hours but now i feel li8ke i cant breather and the middle to left side of chest feels sore and odd

please help

Are you feeling any better now? Do you get similar feelings when anxious or did you feel it was more of an illness this time?

im not sure, just felt really strange with weird pains ie jaw neck chest and back - soso today but im just waiting for them to return

These are all symptoms of anxiety. Try to separate the fear factor from the other symptoms. This stuff is terrible but it won't hurt you. Start there, knowing that. If you connect fear to it soon it will become a panic attack.

think im spiralling out of control, now have severe upper stomach pain and ive petrified myself
