Hi let me know how you get on I have my first appointment tomorrow with a new service that does cbt in my area.

I have seen someone years ago but this well be new to me.

well after waiting 4 months already for this appointment i was told that i'm to be put on a waiting list which is between 9-10 months long!! most of todays appointment was talking about my agorophobia and the therapist writing it all down thats the nhs for you.
