could 10mg once a day affect my sleep. im on it two weeks and it just leaves me feeling out of body n the past two nights ive struggled to sleep. i never have trouble sleeping. i dont no what i should do

Hi,I have been taking them for three days & the first night it took me three hours to get to sleep,but ok since.Also been feeling out of it too.
