    Racing heart

Hi, I suffer from a racing heart quite often I have had ECG's and blood tests that have all come back normal, was wondering if anyone else gets this regularly and how you deal with it? At the moment I take a beat blocker but wanted a non medical way of dealing with it to.

    Xx

not eating raises the heart rate and of course so does anxiety, have some porridge its slow release and calms the nerves, don't ask why I don't know LOL as for meds they tend to make us edgy if they are new to us and we are scared how they will affect us,
