trouble connecting

Been fine for me.

I dont suppose you are using Google Chrome with kaspersky anti virus are you? There is currently an issue with kaspersky and Chrome that blocks the internet connection.

Alex sorry that's to technical for me.all I know that I have got nortons anti virus because I share the package with my son,and he only updated it a few weeks ago.I'm using my kindle fire hd at the moment but it happens when I am on my notebook as well.thanks for your help.x

Could be anything then. The only time you may experience connection issue is when the site is being backed up which happens early in the morning.
