Choked on Ball of Phlegm in the Morning?

    So here I am again..

I woke up this morning with phlegm and went to spit it out but choked on it and swallowed it, It was a lot of phlegm or mucus, now I feel sick.

Afraid that it somehow might have got in my windpipe. High temperature.

    Damn my luck.

don't know what I should do, just feel weak and hot and nauseated.

I can't be bothered to fight health anxiety anymore, just waiting to see what will happen.

Just afraid it might have somehow got in my windpipe, might go hospital, but what can they do.

And i was having a good week until now.

Anyone had this before? or have any advice? am I over-reacting?
