Side effects after a few weeks?

Ive been taking citalopram for a few weeks now, I had some initial side effects such as mild headache and nausea but they subsided, until now. I get a killer headache when I take one now and occasional nausea, almost like motion sickness which I've never had. I also seem to randomly get a reaction to deodorant which I never had before, I dont know if developing sensitive skin is linked? Is it normal to get worsened side effects after the initial few weeks?

Hi, I am on day 11 of Citalopram and still experiencing the motion sickness feeling, if anything it has gotten worse, I am hoping they settle down as I can cope with the nausea. The dizzy feeling is one of the symptoms of anxiety and also a side effect of this drug, so its like a double dose :( I havent noticed any extra skin sensitivity, if it persists, I would discuss it with your GP or pharmacist. Hope you feel better soon. Have you noticed an improvement since taking it?

I've noticed a little improvement but it's kinda countered out with these side effects, it's hard to feel good when your heads pounding and you feel you could throw up any moment!
