So I haven't posted on here for along time which for me is progress having said that I have recently turned my life aroundand decided to lose weight and exercise! So... I went and did a what I thought intense water workout for 55 minutes non stop after I felt absolutely fine and loved it! (Note I have never done exercise!) I didn't ache that night and woke up fine but later In the evening my chest was tight and hurt to breathe along with the feeling I can't catchy breath... One day on I'm still feeling this tightness in my chest and it's freaking me out :( is it due to exercise?
