Panic attack RIGHT NOW

AHH im really scared.[:0] I just took my Remeron and im really scared about the Vomiting side effects, ah im having a full blown panic attack here. Im really scared. I dont want to Vomit not at all[xx(]. Please someone help...desperate:(

Oh my - I hope you're feeling better! I'm sure a lot of people here will tell you that they've gone through similar experiences (myself incl.) If you can try to combine taking the Remeron just before you start doing something that will occupy your mind for a while so you won't sit there waiting for any negative side-effects to kick in. It's rough the first couple of times but please keep in mind that now you're on the (sometimes a bit bumpy) road to recovery!

I am not familiar with Remeron. What is it for?

Interesting you are scared of the "VOMITTING" side affects.
As I am terrified as well of getting any kind of sick that involves vomitting.

I hate it. I always feel as if I`ll just die if I have to vomit, but I never do.
