Hi
Just wondering if anyone has done a home study course is therapy subjects such as anxiety.
I really want to do this course but wanted to see if other have studied one also.
Its mainly something to focus my mind on with a goal at the end. I know I can buy a book or join forums but by doing a course by distance learning I feel it will motivate me to learn more and complete it otherwise my concentration will diminish.

So if anyone can advice that would be appreciated.

Was wondering after reading your question whether you had gone with the coarse? Seemed to be very comprehensive.

Not sure if one of your intentions for taking the coarse was for self examination.

Anyway,just curious if you went with it.
