Whenever I feel anxiety or stressed about a certain situation, I ask myself whats the worse that could happen? And its not until then I realize that nothing bad will happen. Our minds like to make things seem much worse than they are!

Going away to see your family sounds nice, once you get there you will realize there was nothing to worry about and it will be nice to catch up with your family again

Just try turning those negative thoughts, into positives.
