Fearing the worst

I've been having a really hard time in the last two days. I threw up two times, always just before going to bed and I can't shake off the nausea. Now, what concerns me is that I feel my heart beating faster than usual when I take my pulse and it seems to be racing half of the time. Do you think It's just anxiety? I'm scared I might be having a stroke.

Yes I think it's anxiety, I suffer with it at bedtime I can fall
asleep and wake after 20 minutes and my heart can be racing it can
be so frightening but I just do some breathing exercises to relax me
and this seems to work and my heart stops racing, there's lots of advice
on here look under self help on the left and have a good read

Thanks a lot, it's exactly what I'm experiencing! I guess it's stacked up tension that never got to be released during the day. I find it hard to be patient and accept that I might pass entire nights like this. Knowing that I'm not alone, though, really helps. Thank you.
