Sleep apnea

Has anyone got sleep apnea if want to share there experiances as it would be helpful and I've had a few symptoms but not quite sure thanks Sarah x

Hi Sarahlou, My husband says I stop breathing when Im sleeping. I have had a referral to a sleep study for about a year now but I am yet to go. I don't know why I keep putting it off. I usually wake up about 6 times a night where I physically turn over in bed, sometimes my snoring wakes me up, sometimes the actual gasp for air wakes me up. Its an awful feeling and I really need to do the sleep study... What's going on with you?
