Yes, it helps a lot Scooter girl especially when I start to feel anxious or nervous, just focus on your breathing and try relaxing your hold body. It helps me to be more attentive to the positives rather than the negatives thoughts that are associated with the attacks that I have. I hope that it helps you as much as it has helped me.
