Hi i'm just getting over my latest bout of anxiety (last one was 2 years ago). I'm lucky to say my anxiety isn't too bad, i'm really coming to terms with whats happening so that has hugely lessened it and some times i can ignore it altogether, but i always feel that it's just bubbling under the surface. Anyway I really want to go down the herbal route (don't like meds at all) but am confused with the conflicting stories. I quite fancy trying L-Theanine (any info please) but am open to suggestions. I just need something mild to take the edge off things (don't we all!!) I know that if I have a full clear week then this latest bout will slip away. Any info would be more than grateful. Cheers FLOYD
