weird vibration feeling in arms/switched to Lexapro

I need some help please. I was taking Celexa 40mg for about a month and then switched to Lexapro 10mg about 2 weeks ago. I have achy arms it seems alot and now I have they strange vibrating feeling in my shoulder/upper arm. It is so light that sometimes I almost ask myself am I really feeling it, but it's there. I feel it like maybe ever 15 minutes and it lasts about 2-3 seconds. I have read alot about vibrations body parts on the internet and I am really scared about MS and I know that L'hermitte's is a symptom of MS. I am just trying to figure out if this might be a tremor that Lexapro might cause or something else. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks.

Re: weird vibration feeling in arms/switched to Lexapro

I had achey arms a little when I first started Lex, not bad but do remember thinking OOOH my arms feel really achey and heavy at some points going through the early side effects stage...it didn't really bother me though as it only happened now and again and now I don't get it at all. (:
