Am in week four on 10mg citalopram. Just started experiencing mild muscle twitching in top of arms. Can anyone tell me if they have experienced this and is it a normal side effect.

Hi, sounds normal to me. You should always see a doctor if you need reassurance, but it's just going to be the cit. Side effects do not always start immediately and may change over the first few months.
