Hi Lauren,

I'm a member too.

I think it compliments NMP in many ways.

It offers articles through its newsletter, discounted rates of CBT and other therapy, helps research and provides contact details for fellow sufferers.

Anyone can go to their web site and check out a list of self-help groups as well.

On the downside, its forum has very little traffic, and we need a quick responses to our woes. That is where this site scores so very well.
