raspberries, blackberries, banana, cinnamon, little yoghurt and fruit smoothie.

Two hard boiled eggs and a chocolate micellar casein protein shake.

Banana and three belvita yoghurt biscuits about 7:45am
Bacon roll at 11:30

Cuppa tea... Wasnt very nice though
Oats so simple with banana
Bowl of grapes, melon and pineapple

My other half makes great scrambled eggs on weekend mornings...rest of week I usually have Aldi's version of Special K with berries.
