    Hi Rossie

I have low bood presure, have had it all my life but its NOT a problem, so I may get a dizzy head if I bend over, jump up too quick or have very hot bath. When I was acut my dizzy head go worse, it came and went was not there all the time. I found out I was over breathing, so I used some of the tips on the forums on how to breath, this did help alot and as my anxiety levels lessoned so did this symptom.

Can you put on your poll, no anxiety related dizzyness. I would tick that.

How did you find out that the dizziness is due to overbreathing?

    Hi Rossie

It was reading the forums, I read alot of threads, this was just one of them, it was what meg said
Dizziness - I hate it, any help?

learning not to fear the symtpom and of course relaxation and learning how to deal with my high anxiety. I am not saying my synptom went over night, it takes alot of hard work time.

    Re: NEW POLL

    Hi Rossie

I do get dizzy quite often, and I dont realise I was feeling anxious until the dizziness started. The breathing exercises I learned here help me a lot as they get the breathing and the dizziness back under control so my symptoms rarely get worse.

I wouldnt say I am constantly dizzy, but I do feel it occasionally and usually briefly every day. So it is often, but not all the time. So long as I am careful and eat well, and also make sure I get enough sleep those things help keep the dizziness at bay. Hope this helps.
