I wondered if theres any other mums who experianced this, its someting I find hard to talk about. Some really bad stuff happened after I had my son and ithink it would help me to talk about my experiance with someone finally its been nearly two years since it happened. Perhaps someone could pm me today about there experiances of it.

Hi i suffered post natal depression and anxiety after the birth of my son 12 years ago, i had a very traumatic delivery with him which even to this day i find it hard to talk about, i was only 20 at the time and was very scared but with the support of my family and my doctor i came through it, feel Free to pm me x x
