very faint and lightheaded before period- anyone?

Please, does anyone feel faint and lightheaded before period, not only the day before period but as soon as you get other symptoms of pms? I am really getting fed up, some days it's like is there all day long.

I don't have periods any more but when I did I used to feel very faint and light headed. I also got blurry vision. x

I also get t during period mostly first few days but in a different way plus even though i don't get anemic (tested in the middle of period when i was bleeding a lot and i was not anemic), i can understand how i could feel lightheaded even just from the thought of losing blood. But I get it worse before period.

I get very lightheaded before period its horrible I feel rubbish about five days leading up to it really and very tired and abit angry. And my anxiety is at its peak then too :-)

Periods and all the symptoms that go with them really suck. I do sympathise with everyone who gets all this stuff going in as its very unpleasant & gets in the way of enjoying life. I can sometimes feel like this as well. It's a bit like feeling dizzy but not actually spinning I suppose. For me, I take evening primrose oil and magnesium, both of which help my pmt symptoms.
