I have learnt a lot about anxiety, but find it useful to share others knowledge as advice off other people can be very inspiring and helpful, one subject in particular, is unwanted thoughts alongside anxiety, I was wondering if anyone had any resources i.e websites/ name of books that are helpful on dealing with them, I have found the thoughts part to anxiety be a huge problem to not only myself but also to others, here are a few resources that have helped me along the way not for just the thoughts but for the whole of anxiety:
