hello
I wondered if someone can help me my panic attacks are worst in the morning . 1st it starts of with a choking feeling then followed by the thought that I might die. my worst bit of the morning is from 5am- 8am . by 8am I feel a little normal . but sometimes when I get up to get a drink, its then the panic attack hits me . although I'm trying to keep things calm. can anyone help with this as this is driving my crazy every morning .
