Heartbeat in nose eyes and ears

Does anyone else get the sensation of their heartbeat in their nose yes and ears?

I can sometimes hear it in my ears when I lie down, I can also feel it at the tips of my fingers sometimes! X

When my anxiety is bad I can feel my heartbeat (palpitations) all over.

I've certainly had these sensations in the places you mention.

Yeah, I get that. When I've just done something strenuous I can almost see my heartbeat in my eyes and feel it in various places. It causes me to be pretty anxious and uncomfortable
