how long can it last?

Can any one help please, my anxiety comes and goes in phases, i am now entering a third week where i feel absolutely terrible, my head hurts i am shaky, i feel weak my sex drive has nosedived totally (no pun intended). are these normal anxiety symptoms and can they last so long? any advice is so welcome.

Hi Dave all sounds like anxiety to me.My anxiety comes and goes in phases to,and guess what,no sex drive at all:(.Anxiety affects people in different ways so I cant advise you on how long it can go on for.You will gets lots of advice here from all the great people on the forum.

i've been with this now five months...some people suffer years...i dont think it can be certain as to time..on panicattacks.com.au i note they say symptoms mostly last 12 to 18 months...all the best and you will find great help here.
