Was studying as I have exams next week, and all of a sudden the back of my head starts to hurt and my neck feels tight/hurts and when I move my neck the back of my head hurts.

If you touch the base of your skull (like where the bottom of your head meets your neck) does it hurt? And if you touch your scalp, does it feel tender?
I have both of those and am pretty sure it's tight muscles from anxiety and bad posture. For what it's worth, I'm also a student and I spend a LOT of time looking at the computer or reading.

I took ibuprofen and it seems to have worked
