If you touch the base of your skull (like where the bottom of your head meets your neck) does it hurt? And if you touch your scalp, does it feel tender?
I have both of those and am pretty sure it's tight muscles from anxiety and bad posture. For what it's worth, I'm also a student and I spend a LOT of time looking at the computer or reading.

I took ibuprofen and it seems to have worked
