Has anybody else had trouble getting rid of this 10 years I've been suffering with this been on the pre packs don't no how many times just can't get rid wondering if anyone's tried alternative therapy for this with success x

Isn't this a becteria of the stomach? I have had it, i think it went away after i took antibiotics. It used to cause me a lot of stomach aches and vomiting, especially in the morning.

I was tested for it after food poisoning and awful stomach problems for months afterwards.. although the test was negative, it was thought I may have had it because I'd then developed lactose intolerance, which apparently HP infection can do... So maybe try going lactose free to see if that helps your symptoms, and also I've read recently that peppermint can get rid of unwanted bugs in the stomach.. dunno how true it is, but it's worth a try.

I'm pretty sure you can be lactose-intolerant without ever having had HP infection... but I did read on a reliable medical site (and GP confirmed) that people often get either temporary or permanent lactose intolerance after HP.

With me, the lactose intolerance was much more severe just after the months of stomach problems - anything dairy set me off - but now I can tolerate a little bit of normal cheese/milk, as long as I don't have too much.
